Legal Executive Assistant (LEA)
Overview
A leading law firm is seeking a proactive and highly organized Legal Executive Assistant to support attorneys and help manage day to day practice operations. This is a high impact role where you'll act as a key partner in keeping workflows moving smoothly and delivering strong client service.
* Manage inboxes, draft and edit documents, and maintain organized filing systems
* Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across time zones
* Serve as a point of contact and provide high level client support
* Arrange travel and handle logistics
* Support billing, time entry, and expense tracking
* Assist with reporting, team coordination, and high volume workflows
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
* High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
* Proactive, solutions oriented mindset

* Supported attorneys by managing day-to-day workflow, prioritizing requests, and acting as a point of contact for clients and internal teams
* Coordinated complex scheduling across multiple calendars, including meetings, travel, and time-sensitive deadlines
* Drafted and prepared professional correspondence, presentations, and legal documents
* Managed high-volume inboxes and ensured efficient organization of emails and documents
* Handled billing processes, including time entry, expense tracking, and coordination with billing teams
* Maintained accurate and organized client files and records in line with firm policies
* Worked cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve issues and keep matters moving efficiently
* Provided high-level administrative support in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
