We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $82,000 annually, along with a supportive environment for professional growth and skill enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of user-centered design solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop UI/UX concepts
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Ensure design consistency across various platforms and devices
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Support the integration of user feedback into design iterations
- Foundational knowledge of design principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A portfolio showcasing your design work or projects is preferred
