Job Description
You will own the core matching and recommendation engines from zero to production scale. Working alongside founders from Uber and Cash App, you’ll build the systems that define the user experience for this voice-first dating app. This is a high-impact role requiring expertise in scaling user-facing algorithms for consumer personalization.

- Significant tenure as an early engineer during a 0→1 or rapid scaling phase, having stayed to see systems reach production maturity and scale.
- Strong leadership background with experience growing small technical teams and a passion for building intimate, high-signal personalization experiences for end users.
