Are you passionate about understanding business needs and turning them into clear software requirements? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in Business Analysis while working closely with clients, developers, QA engineers, UI/UX teams, and project teams on web and mobile application projects.

  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirement documents.
  • Participate in client meetings, project discussions, sprint planning, and requirement clarification sessions.
  • Work closely with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
  • Support UAT activities, requirement changes, meeting notes, and project documentation as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Development, QA, Project Coordination, or related software project experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer or exposure to software development is a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, web and mobile applications.
  • Ability to prepare clear requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and meeting notes.
  • Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or similar tools is an added advantage.
