Join Caplight’s founding team as a Full Stack Engineer to build the infrastructure powering private market trading. You will own entire product areas, from real-time pricing data surfaces to institutional-grade trading interfaces. This high-impact role requires a blend of technical depth, product instinct, and a strong design sense to create sophisticated financial tools.

- An entrepreneurial, "AGI-pilled" mindset with high business acumen and the ability to move fast on ambiguous, cross-disciplinary problems.
