Montessori Teachers College

Full time Posted: 3 weeks ago Other

Hiring from: Canada

Own How This School Runs.

A great school is not built on ideas alone.

It is built on how well those ideas are executed—every day, at a high standard.

When Operations Are Strong, Everything Works

Schedules are fluid.

Communication is clear.

Children can thrive.

Families feel it.

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of that.

Our School

We are not a typical school.

Montessori is our foundation—but not our limit.

We focus on how children learn, respond to challenges, and begin to see themselves and see the world around them.

We support the whole child—academic, emotional, physical, spiritual, social, and psychological development.

Our Environment Is

  • holistic
  • growth-focused
  • community-driven
  • built to develop confident, capable, and self-aware children

Our Program Integrates

  • Strong academic foundations
  • With a dedicated focus on emotional development, early mindset, and belief formation
  • Holistic health — including movement, nutrition (with whole organic food), overall well-being, and naturopathic wellness-informed support
  • Connection to nature — through outdoor experiences and an environment that extends beyond the classroom
  • Leadership, independence, responsibility, and real-life skills

We work closely with families—because alignment between home and school matters.

The foundation is strong. Now we are raising the standard.

The Role

You Will

  • own day-to-day operations

  • Support teachers by removing operational friction
  • Maintain a high standard across environment, materials, and organization
  • Coordinate clear, warm, professional communication with the team and families
  • Solve problems quickly and at the root

You

What We’re Looking For

  • take ownership
  • think ahead and plan
  • follow through with detail
  • stay organized under pressure
  • make strong decisions without waiting for direction

You don’t just manage tasks.

You improve how things work.

This Role Is Not for You If

  • you need constant direction
  • you struggle with organization
  • you avoid responsibility
  • you prefer routine over problem-solving

This Role Is for You If

  • you take pride in things running well
  • you enjoy building systems and solving problems

  • you want to help build something meaningful

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and comfortable using digital tools

  • Open-minded and committed to continuous personal and professional growth
