Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Campaign Analyst - SQL/SAS/Unica/Banking. The Campaign Analyst will be responsible for implementing and managing targeted marketing campaigns by leveraging customer data and ensuring seamless execution within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, project management capabilities, and stakeholder collaboration experience to drive successful business outcomes.
Pay rate range (CAD): $36.23/hr – $43.48/hr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute direct-to-consumer campaigns based on business requirements.
- Review and analyze campaign technical specifications and prepare detailed implementation plans.
- Build and automate recurring campaigns using campaign management tools.
- Identify issues in campaign workflows and recommend improvements.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of campaign components.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Conduct technical audits of campaigns to verify data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor lead generation cycle processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Obtain business partner approvals for campaign requirements prior to execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical campaign issues to maintain project schedules.
- Contribute to documentation and standardization of campaign data processes.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality and schedule targets.
- Minimum 3 years of campaign or database marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management, campaign design, and execution.
- Experience with data analytics and developing data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with SAS, SQL, Unica Campaign, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to translate business strategies into technical specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities with multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to high-pressure environments.
- Experience in financial services industry preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools beyond core platforms.
- Experience with Azure cloud environment and NoSQL databases.
