We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to users, troubleshoot common issues, and help deliver a positive support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support requests via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware and software issues.
  • Assist users with account access, login issues, and password-related requests.
  • Guide users through solutions with clear, step-by-step instructions.
  • Document support activities, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to specialized support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records to support continuous service improvement.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and customer-focused support.

Qualifications

Required

  • At least 1 year of technical support, IT support, or help desk experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common software applications
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely
  • Reliable internet connection
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

  • Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Basic networking knowledge

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $30–$38 per hour

Estimated Annual Earnings: $62,000–$79,000, plus performance incentives
