Qualifications
Required
- At least 1 year of technical support, IT support, or help desk experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common software applications
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely
- Reliable internet connection
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments
- Previous remote work experience
- Basic networking knowledge
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $30–$38 per hour
Estimated Annual Earnings: $62,000–$79,000, plus performance incentives
