ROLE

  • To support training department in daily administration work
  • To support the Training Director in training budget plan and control.
  • To handle and manage whole uniform program
  • To collect and consolidate training tracking tools and data reports
  • To support meeting and training preparation and follow-up
  • To support internal & external cooperation with departments
  • To support training material translating and training program preparation

MAIN TASKS

Daily Administration

  • Communicate with vendors to deal with the contract and payment.
  • Coordinate training team’s schedule, and support ticket and hotel booking.
  • Manage inventories in training products and ordering stationeries.
  • Support to consolidate regular Training calendar and plan.
  • Support the Training Director in training budget plan and control for accurately expenditures, efficient utilization of all resources.

Uniform Program

  • Make yearly uniform budget and forecast the quantity.
  • Communicate with global and local and responsible for the whole process of uniform from ordering, production, allocation, shipment, and feedback.

Consolidate reports

  • Consolidate department reports from trainers every month.(Including all kinds of training and field coaching report, Whole Training Team Schedule, HQ Training Record, Training Calendar. etc)
  • Consolidate trainers’ KPI data monthly basis.

Meeting preparation

  • Arrange regular meeting including making meeting agenda, recording meeting minutes and tracking follow-up materials.
  • Organize seminar, team building, and all training related event workshop.

Cooperation & Communication

  • Cooperate with all trainers to support training head.
  • Support training team to cooperate with other departments.
  • Cooperate with all function assistant to support BGM assistant.
  • Assist smooth communication with HQ education team.

Support training program

  • Translating all kinds of training materials including: basic training and new product training material and HQ trainer on-site training oral transalation.
  • Assist trainers for the training class including class decoration and files preparation.
  • Preparation and management of training tools, testers, and gifts.

Online learning operation support

  • Support Trainer to edit the online program material

Support digital trainer to edit and collect the online data after learning per request

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachlor degree above
  • Excellent command of English in written and workable oral English
  • Good at Microsoft skills : Word, Excel, PPT

  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-disciplined
  • Good organization skills and pay attention to details
