Organizational Overview: Goddard Riverside Community Center (Goddard Riverside) and the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) are well-established Manhattan community-based agencies that support services to approximately 30,000 New Yorkers. We are two of New York City’s leading human services organizations meeting the needs of children, youth and families, homeless individuals, and older adults throughout Manhattan and New York City. Position Summary: Oversees daily administration of multiple benefit-related human resource programs and services, including health and welfare plans, retirement savings plans, work/life/wellness, or other agency-sponsored programs and union-sponsored programs. Supports the Director or Benefits for the contact of benefit carrier and acts as liaison between employees and third-party administrators or service providers to resolve or answer claim issues and services-related concerns.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (60 min lunch)

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000

Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
