About The Role
We are looking for a Proposal Assistant.
Responsible for coordinating various aspects of proposal preparation to ensure that all parts are completed and produced for submission within the set timeframe.
Key Accountabilities
Begins to learn and apply knowledge regarding VB products. Completes standard Voluntary Worksite and group proposals and rates for assigned territories. Receives request, sets up case files, scrubs information for accuracy, runs necessary reports and sends to Underwriting. Gathers proposals/rates documentation and any additional documentation (e.g., templates, etc.) and sends to Sales Rep., ensuring deadlines are met. Reviews processes, procedures and forms and identifies opportunities for improvement. Manages submission activity, working with all team members to ensure submissions are completed in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with 0 – 2 years of related experience.
The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):
$22.00 - $31.79 per hour
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
