Focused on our technology-oriented direct investment funds, the team partners closely with investors and the investment team to deepen relationships and support fundraising initiatives. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within Capital Markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional executive support while building strong relationships across the firm.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple complex, high-volume calendars across several time zones with accuracy and foresight.
- Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel, ensuring every detail is handled proactively.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, team events, and meeting materials.
- Capture and maintain meeting notes, contacts, and engagement data in Salesforce and other systems.
- Process monthly expense reports and support time tracking and reporting requirements.
- Anticipate executives' needs to ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day priorities.
- Provide administrative support on team initiatives and special projects while partnering closely with colleagues across the Capital Markets team, including the London office.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness, including occasional support outside standard business hours.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of executive support or administrative experience, ideally within venture capital, private equity, private wealth management, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is preferred.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000- $140,000 together with the benefits listed above.
