About The Job

Eligibility
- LL.B. degree (mandatory).
- 0.5–3 years of experience in legal functions.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Knowledge of property law, title verification, and mortgage documentation will be advantageous.
- Scrutinize and verify property-related legal documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence for mortgage cases.
- Perform title investigations and prepare legal opinions.
- Coordinate with advocates, empanelled lawyers, and internal business teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Handle documentation related to housing finance and secured lending transactions.
