About the Role


Six Flags Darien Lake is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations during the seasonal hiring period. This role plays a key part in employee onboarding, HR administration, team member support, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable interacting with employees, applicants, and leadership teams.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Administration, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems or employee record management is a plus.

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Office Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, or employee engagement activities.
  • Familiarity with HR software, employee databases, or workforce management systems.
  • Experience maintaining employee records and administrative documentation.
  • Ability to support multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
