- Assist project managers in coordinating project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and gather information.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues to escalate as necessary.
- Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing notes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is a plus
