Sil Industrial Minerals is now hiring a Scalehouse Attendent /Dispatcher for our sand plant near Bruderheim, AB.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating the scheduling of drivers, trucks, and freight between locations.
- Scale loads and identify product correctly prior to invoicing.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, drivers, and coworkers.
- Preparing quotes, invoicing, preparing payroll, and filing on a day to day basis.
- Experience dispatching is required;
- Aggregate experience is an asset;
- Positive and professional attitude is required;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work individually, as well as on a team;
- Ability to manage stress in a constantly changing work environment;
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test;
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and work independently.
This is NOT a camp position. Candidates must live in the area.
