Responsibilities
- Prepare the lot before the start of business daily.
- Keep vital areas clear of ice and snow during inclement weather.
- Receive and Direct team members as they deliver vehicles to the lot.
- Monitor team members for compliance with parking standards.
- Complete daily and weekly vehicle inventory and reconciliation.
- Complete daily fuel inventory.
- Fuel vehicles as required.
- Locate and move vehicles as required.
- Complete daily security inspections.
- Inspect vehicles for damage.
- Ensure the lot is properly organized.
- Ensure the lot is free of litter and debris.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This role involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Clear Driver’s Abstract.
- Ability to drive and park vehicles up to 7,250 Kg and 35’ in length.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
