Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale client migration initiative. The company is transitioning clients from a legacy proprietary platform that has been in place for nearly 20 years to a new technology platform that incorporates AI-enabled features and modernized workflows.
This Project Manager will help guide approximately 300 existing clients through the migration process over a 7-month period. The ideal candidate will have strong implementation or migration project management experience, excellent client-facing communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client workstreams at once. This role will focus heavily on client communication, coordination, change management, adoption, project tracking, and leadership reporting.

- Manage multiple client migration projects simultaneously from planning through post-migration support.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure each client migration stays on track, organized, and clearly communicated.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during their migration process.
- Understand each client’s unique needs, workflows, concerns, and priorities.
- Support clients through approximately 30 days of transition and adoption after migration.
- Coordinate closely with internal implementation, engineering, product, and customer experience teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, timelines, and updates to leadership.
- Help clients learn and adopt the new platform, including AI-enabled functionality.
- Identify issues or gaps during the migration process and help drive practical solutions.
- Maintain organized project documentation, timelines, and client-specific migration updates.
- Use existing project plans and tools to track milestones, risks, and progress.
- Support change management efforts and help clients transition smoothly from the legacy system to the new platform.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Proven experience managing SaaS implementations, client migrations, or technology transformation projects.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to work with client project managers, stakeholders, and occasional C-suite contacts.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage several active client projects at once.
- Strong executive presence and confidence reporting updates to leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift.
- Comfortable diving in, identifying issues, making adjustments, and keeping projects moving forward.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor communication to different client needs.
- Experience supporting change management, adoption, training, or client enablement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, implementation, operations, and customer experience teams.
