UNICEF Canada is moving to a Flexible-Hybrid model that requires team members to attend the office for our anchor days, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, at least each week.
Position Description
The Brand & Marketing team at UNICEF Canada is seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive self- starter to join us as Intern – Brand & Integrated Campaigns.
In this role, you will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand initiatives—working across teams to help bring ideas to life in a way that is coordinated, consistent, and on brand. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving, supporting campaign workflows, and ensuring teams are aligned throughout delivery.
You will assist with campaign coordination, content and asset workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and documentation to support key initiatives across the organization. This role offers hands-on exposure to how purpose-driven marketing comes together within a national, impact-focused organization.
This position also offers the chance to strengthen and grow your skills in:
- Integrated campaign execution and coordination

- Project management, including timelines, trackers, and workflow coordination
- Content and asset management, including review and approval processes
- Campaign reporting, documentation, and knowledge-sharing
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives—helping keep timelines, tasks, and teams aligned
- Assist in organizing and tracking project plans so everything stays on schedule
- Help manage the flow of campaign assets, including reviews and approvals
- Collaborate with teams across Creative, Digital, Fundraising, and Communications to support delivery
- Contribute to campaign updates, wrap-ups, and shared documentation
- Keep files, trackers, and resources organized so the team can work efficiently
Qualifications
- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—someone who can keep multiple moving pieces on track
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) for day-to-day communication, documentation, and coordination
- Confidence working in shared digital environments (e.g., SharePoint or similar platforms) to organize files and resources
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
- A clear communicator who’s comfortable collaborating across different teams
