About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a designer with a passion for visual storytelling, brand consistency, and digital content creation. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team, vendors, media partners, and internal stakeholders to develop engaging visual content across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include designing marketing materials such as social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, signage, and digital advertisements. The role also involves supporting branding initiatives, event collateral, and digital marketing efforts to strengthen and elevate the company's brand presence. Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of graphic design experience, including internships, freelance work, or professional roles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other digital design tools is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, branding, and color theory
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual consistency
- Ability to interpret and apply creative direction and feedback effectively
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing content requirements
- Basic knowledge of video editing, photography, motion graphics, or multimedia design is an asset
- Design and develop marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, signage, presentations, and promotional items
- Create digital graphics and promotional content tailored for print and online platforms
- Assist with branding initiatives and contribute to visual content development across multiple campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and communication channels
- Develop engaging layouts and visual content for presentations, reports, and marketing campaigns
- Edit, optimize, and prepare images and creative assets for web and print use
- Collaborate with vendors, printers, and media partners to guarantee high-quality production of marketing materials
- Work with media partners to create visual content for press releases, advertisements, and editorial features
- Support event branding efforts, including signage, promotional materials, and digital assets
- Assist with website updates, digital graphics, and online marketing initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive annual salary range of $50,000 – $60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
