Duties And Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphics across print, digital/web, social media and email, including publications and marketing collateral.
- Create reusable templates; adapt and resize assets for various platforms (including digital advertising); and format materials to specifications.
- Develop promotional materials for digital and print campaigns.
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print applications.
- Produce additional graphics as needed, including presentations, internal communications templates, video text cards and infographics.
- Collaborate with geographic marketing teams to develop, organize and enhance Canva assets, supporting consistent, on-brand materials and more efficient workflows.
- Conduct photo research using archives, public libraries and stock agencies; recommend and purchase images as needed; and track usage rights.
- Manage digital and image asset libraries.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in design preferred or an Associate’s degree with equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in graphic design and digital media.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design, typography and a broad range of skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Experience across digital, web, social, email and print design.
- Working knowledge of print production.
- Understanding of trends and best practices for visual communication in digital channels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
