Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following:
- 5s
- Waste elimination
- Standarized Work in production and logistics
- MIFC/A
- Kanban
- Visual management of the manufacturing plant.
- SES Roadmap follow up in production and support functions
- Follow the guidelines of the environmental management, safety and occupational health system.
- Guide and train APTL and supervisors on the 7 quality fundamentals, 7 people empowerment
- Run and follow up Kaizen workshops (SMED, SWKL, Hoshin, etc.)
- Follow the guidelines of the environmental management, safety and occupational health system.
- Identify and train a back-up(s) to manage key tasks when absent.
- Additional functions not specifically outlined in this position description as directed by the leader
