ABOUT BUMI FESTIVAL
BUMI Festival is a five-day wellness and music festival created for connection, creativity, healing, movement, and nature.
Through workshops, ceremonies, performances, and immersive experiences led by our international community of mystics, healers, yogis, musicians, artists, and facilitators, participants are invited into a transformative environment rooted in authentic connection, personal growth, and collective wellbeing.
At BUMI, we believe meaningful experiences emerge when talented individuals come together to share their gifts, wisdom, and creativity in service of community.
We are currently seeking facilitators, artists, and practitioners who would like to contribute to the BUMI Festival experience.
OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY
This is an opportunity to become part of BUMI's programming and collaborate with a diverse community of wellness leaders, artists, musicians, and change-makers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design and deliver engaging sessions, workshops, ceremonies, or performances.
* Create safe, inclusive, and transformative experiences for participants.
* Collaborate with the BUMI programming team before and during the festival.
* Contribute to the overall atmosphere of connection, creativity, and community.
* Participate professionally in scheduling, communication, and logistical planning.
* Uphold BUMI's values and community guidelines throughout the event.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Demonstrated experience facilitating groups, workshops, performances, or healing experiences.
* A genuine passion for personal growth, wellness, creativity, and community.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to hold space responsibly and inclusively.
* Collaborative mindset and openness to working within a multidisciplinary festival environment.
* Professionalism, reliability, and adaptability.
