In this role you'll develop creative marketing strategies and compelling visual solutions that support the growth of our B2B professional services firm. You need to be a true creative strategist—a professional who can balance multiple projects, think commercially, and maintain high design standards across all touchpoints.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITES
As our Marketing Designer, you will own and lead the following responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate to determine the most effective and compelling ways to reach target audiences.
- Translate business objectives into clear, impactful visual and digital marketing solutions.
- Create and maintain visual design elements that strengthen and protect our brand.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, recruiting, and client-facing materials.
- Design proposals, decks, and other internal resource materials to be used in new business efforts.
- Conceptualize and execute design approaches to support brand awareness across multiple platforms.
- Develop infographics, layouts, and visual systems that clearly communicate complex and technical information.
- Transform data, processes, and program information into visually compelling and easy-to-understand deliverables.
- Partner with leadership and project teams to support proposals, presentations, and client pursuits.
- Prioritize work based on business needs, deadlines, and strategic impact.
You will bring a blend of creative talent, technical expertise, and business awareness, as well as:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, strategic and/or creative advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating business-driven, brand-focused design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva; skilled in PowerPoint and working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong understanding of typography and layout principles.
- Experience with AI-assisted editing and content tools (e.g., Riverside, Descript or similar platforms).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with non-design stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into creative solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
