Motion Graphics Designer

About The Role
We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating engaging animated content that communicates complex ideas through visual storytelling. You'll work closely with our creative team to develop compelling motion graphics for various platforms and projects.
Responsibilities
- Create sophisticated 2D and 3D motion graphics for multiple platforms.
- Design and animate branded content, title sequences, and UI animations.
- Develop storyboards and style frames for client presentations.
- Collaborate with art directors and creative team members.
- Maintain project organization and file management.
- Ensure consistent brand guidelines across all animated content.
- Participate in client and internal review sessions.
- 2-4 years of professional motion graphics experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating variety in style and technical execution.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D or similar 3D software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and timing.
- Experience with typography and graphic design.
- Knowledge of current motion design trends and techniques.
- Ability to work within brand guidelines and style guides.
- Adobe After Effects (required).
- Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (required).
- Cinema 4D or similar 3D software (required).
- Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred).
- TurbulenceFD, X-Particles, or similar plugins (plus).
- Experience with expressions and scripting (plus).
- Strong eye for composition, color, and typography.
- Understanding of pacing and timing in animation.
- Knowledge of UI/UX animation principles.
- Ability to create cohesive design systems.
