Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global and domestic marketing efforts by managing day-to-day communication, aligning timelines and deliverables, and tracking asset flow across internal teams and external partners
- Package, track, and distribute marketing assets, ensuring accuracy, timing, and alignment with FX brand standards
- Support execution of marketing initiatives across consumer products, gaming, e-commerce, and related platforms, including ideating merchandise concepts, developing early product explorations, and presenting ideas to internal teams
- Review incoming partner materials to ensure consistency and quality across international markets
- Maintain asset matrixes and campaign tracking tools to support visibility into timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Manage project workflows, including calendars, rights tracking, deliverables, and cross-functional approvals
- Conduct competitive research and share insights on industry trends and best-in-class campaigns
- Four-year college degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in entertainment marketing, communications, or a related field
- Hands on experience with project management and workflow tools such as: Airtable, monday.com, Notion, Smartsheets, etc
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate clearly with internal and external partners
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-starter approach to problem-solving and taking initiative
- Familiarity with presentation and collaboration tools
