Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Operations Analyst serves as a resource for the field sales team, supporting key functions such as weekly sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota management. This role focuses on driving sales effectiveness through the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs), while also providing ad hoc reporting and actionable insights to optimize performance. The position will analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, empowering the sales team to achieve growth objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary internal point of contact for field sales team in assisting with (1) weekly sales forecasting, (2) territory planning, and (3) quota management.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the sales team.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to field sales team members.
- Support CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (AcuityMD) maintenance and optimization, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to streamline sales operations.
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure data integrity within tool.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales processes.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
