Responsibilities:
• Analyze organizational data to develop reports, dashboards, and visual presentations that highlight demographic patterns and program results.
• Review datasets for irregularities, missing information, or trends that may signal reporting concerns or potential fraud-related issues.
• Monitor how data tools and processes are being used across teams and follow up on gaps to support stronger adoption and issue resolution.
• Gather information from multiple sources, organize it into usable formats, and prepare it for analysis and reporting.
• Clean, validate, and reconcile data to improve accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting outputs.
• Create charts, graphs, and summary materials that translate complex findings into accessible information for stakeholders.
• Investigate data discrepancies and recommend practical corrections to reduce errors and strengthen reporting integrity.
• Maintain documentation of data definitions, reporting methods, and quality checks to support consistent analysis practices.
• Experience in data analysis, data reporting, and report development in a detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to collect, extract, clean, validate, and process data from varied sources with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in creating charts, graphs, and other visual tools that clearly communicate findings.
• Knowledge of identifying anomalies, investigating inconsistencies, and recognizing indicators of fraud risk.
• Familiarity with data quality management, including data cleansing, abstraction, and reconciliation methods.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication skills for presenting results and collaborating with team members across the organization.
