Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Team Leader in the Retail Sector in Stephenville, Newfoundland.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for experienced retail supervisors who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You will play a key role in driving store performance through strong merchandising execution, inventory replenishment, and team leadership. A Typical Day
- Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on merchandising standards
- Oversee inventory replenishment and stock flow in a high-volume environment
- Support and motivate retail team members to achieve performance goals
- Organize daily priorities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Maintain a safe, organized and customer-ready retail environment
- Bring a minimum of 5 years’ retail experience including 2 years in a supervisory role
- Demonstrate strong merchandising and inventory management expertise
- Show flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required
- Perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout shifts
- Communicate effectively and lead teams with confidence and professionalism
- $19.00 hourly
