Outside Sales Representative – Southwestern Ontario

TalentWorld is recruiting an Outside Sales Representative in Southwestern Ontario (Windsor–Hamilton Territory) for one of its valued partners.

If you're exploring new opportunities in the B2B sales field, this role could be an excellent fit. In this position, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and managing a large sales territory, directly contributing to the success and growth of our partner company.

Schedule: Remote position with flexibility. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

The typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year and is specific to candidates located in Ontario. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills, and competencies, and you'll have room to grow after you join!

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities

What is exciting about the role?


  • Build and develop new business opportunities across the Windsor to Hamilton territory
  • Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while identifying additional sales opportunities
  • Prospect, cold call, and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize growth
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track activity through CRM tools
  • Present solutions, negotiate pricing, and close new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Consistently achieve sales and profitability targets


Outside Sales Representative Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Proven success in prospecting and generating new business
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for sales and relationship building
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing a territory and working independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
