Position: Private Equity Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $130/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 weeks minimum

Commitment: 10+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate financial models and market sizing to enhance AI model training and analysis.
  • Develop investment summaries and memos to improve model outputs and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct CIM creation and due diligence to elevate training data quality and accuracy.
  • Process NDA/legal documents independently to support asynchronous collaboration and flexible hours.
  • Source deals and collaborate with AI research teams to ensure comprehensive data coverage.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
  • Experience in financial modeling, market sizing/TAM analysis, and investment/analysis summaries.
  • Skills in CIM creation, due diligence, and NDA/legal document processing.
  • Experience in sourcing for deals.

Start Date

  • October; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
