## Role Responsibilities

• Record **phone audio** sessions by calling a demo line. Ensure calls sound natural with varied tone and pace.
• Include small pauses or filler words like "umm" and "let’s see" for realism.
• Conduct **real phone calls** with some background noise. Avoid using **VoIP**.
• Work with different environments such as quiet, muffled voice, and phone on speaker-mode.
• Enter call data on a shared sheet, including metadata like **Speaker ID**, gender, age group, primary language, and geographic ethnicity.
  
  

## Qualifications

### Must-Have

• Based in **USA**, **Canada**, or **UK**.
• **Caribbean/African Accent** from African or Caribbean countries.
  
  

## Start Date

• **Before 12/28** (28th December); applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
