Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated professional with a passion for customer success and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or consultative sales
• Prior experience in the Matchmaking industry preferred
• Previous experience managing high client and/or account volume
• Minimum of two years working in a remote role
• Must have a quiet distraction-free work space
• A 4-year degree (preferred areas: psychology, business, communications, or related field) - equivalent experience will be considered
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (consultative sales experience is a plus)
• The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism

Your Role & Responsibilities

As an Executive Matchmaker, you will manage all aspects of the client experience, ensuring they receive top-tier service throughout their matchmaking journey. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing client relationships: Regularly communicate with clients, understand their preferences, and provide tailored matchmaking services
• Selecting and presenting high-quality matches that align with client expectations
• Coordinating dates and maintaining ongoing client engagement
• Balancing daily calls and emails to ensure superior client support
• Providing coaching and guidance to clients in their dating journey
