Soni is partnering with an early-stage, mission-driven company in the wellness and real estate space to hire a Chief Operating Officer / Head of Operations. This role is responsible for building and leading the operational foundation of the business, translating vision into execution, and ensuring scalable systems, processes, and controls are in place as the company grows.

The ideal candidate is proactive, systems-oriented, and comfortable operating in a startup environment with high ownership, flexibility, and long-term upside. This individual will work closely with the founders and play a critical role in shaping the company’s future.


Responsibilities:

  • Build, implement, and oversee day-to-day operational processes and infrastructure
  • Translate strategic goals into executable plans and workflows
  • Establish scalable systems, controls, and operational best practices
  • Manage cross-functional operations, vendors, and external partners
  • Serve as a key point of contact for high-end clients and stakeholders
  • Support growth initiatives and prepare the organization to scale
  • Partner closely with founders to drive execution and accountability
  • Oversee tools, software platforms, and operational reporting


Requirements:

  • 5–15 years of experience in operations, business management, or related leadership roles
  • Experience building or scaling operations in a fast-paced or early-stage environment
  • Strong systems, process, and execution mindset
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools
  • Experience as a COO, Head of Operations, Chief of Staff, or Operations Lead
  • Willingness to take ownership in a startup-style, results-driven environment


Qualifications:

  • Background in real estate, prop-tech, construction, or adjacent industries
  • Exposure to international or multi-entity business operations
  • Strong interest in Health and Wellness


Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
