We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized to support our CEO. We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized to support our CEO. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about contributing to the success of a rapidly growing leader in STEM education.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Communication Facilitation: Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Project Management: Take on special projects with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing productivity.
- Exceptionally organized with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Highly accountable, demonstrating a commitment to high standards and ethical integrity.
- Intellectually curious and entrepreneurial, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships.
- A track record that shows the above qualities is required.
- Recent graduates must have a GPA of 3.8 or higher from top schools.
