We are looking to hire an Agent Engagement & Communications Specialist to join our team! Reporting to Industry Sales Director, you’ll be a key driver of Exodus’ presence and sales within the North American travel agent community. In this full-time role, you’ll support industry sales by crafting compelling content, executing email and social media initiatives, maintaining brand consistency, and developing high-impact sales collateral and training materials. You’ll lead a calendar of deliverables, provide best-in-class graphic design support, and lead initiatives that equip Travel Advisors and BDMs with the tools they need to authoritatively sell Exodus adventures.

What you’ll do:

  • Educational Training Development: Design and deliver training programs, including webinars, presentations, and learning resources.
  • Email Marketing: Create and deploy targeted email campaigns using CRM tools to engage agents and partners.
  • Social Media & Content Strategy: Develop engaging posts and campaigns to boost brand visibility among travel agents.
  • Collateral Management & Brand Consistency: Produce visually compelling marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Handle Calendar of Deliverables: Coordinate timelines for campaigns, training, and content to ensure timely execution.
  • Graphic Design Support: Deliver best-in-class design for presentations, collateral, and digital assets.
  • Web Optimization & Partner Campaigns: Maintain B2B/B2C content and coordinate partner campaigns.
  • Agent Engagement: Strengthen relationships through promotions, incentives, and consistent messaging.
  • BDM Support: Equip BDMs with tools and resources to identify and increase sales opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in sales, digital marketing, email marketing, or social media (travel industry preferred).
  • Strong visual design skills and ability to build compelling content.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for email marketing and campaign management.
  • Excellent organizational skills to run multiple projects and a calendar of deliverables.
  • Analytical ability to measure campaign and training efficiency.
  • Outstanding written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Flexibility to adapt work hours for travel shows, agency needs, and international collaboration.
  • Availability for occasional travel to attend industry events and conduct training sessions.
