Remote location: California, USA.Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Excellent judgment, problem-solving, decision-making capabilities and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, often for multiple leaders or teams, optimizing for strategic priorities and minimizing conflicts. Handle intricate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Plan and execute team meetings, offsites, and events, managing logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Identify inefficiencies in team operations and proactively propose and implement solutions. Maintain and organize team resources, documents, and communication channels.
  • Serve as a key point of contact and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, facilitating communication and project alignment. Support team projects by tracking deadlines, coordinating contributions, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Manage the flow of information to and from the leaders and teams supported, ensuring timely and effective communication. Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion. Demonstrate an advanced understanding of Google's policies and procedures to guide the team and ensure compliance.
