Position Summary
Betabrand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role will partner with teams across design, product development, operations, marketing, and e-commerce to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.

Position Summary
Betabrand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role will partner with teams across design, product development, operations, marketing, and e-commerce to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from kickoff and planning to execution, tracking, and completion
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage changes to scope, priorities, and resources as business needs evolve
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation
- Facilitate meetings, drive action items, and support effective problem solving
- Continuously improve project management processes and workflows
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, apparel, or consumer products
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
