Position: Audio Accent Collector

Type: Contract

Compensation: $25–$35/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Flexible hours

Role Responsibilities

  • Call a demo line and record short sessions using a real phone.
  • Ensure calls sound natural by varying tone, pace, and including pauses or filler words.
  • Work with different environments, such as quiet, muffled voice, and phone on speaker-mode.
  • Collect up to 30 phone calls in 6 variations, totaling approximately 180 calls.
  • Enter call data on a shared sheet, including speaker ID, gender, age group, primary language, and geographic ethnicity.
  • Provide a turnaround time of 3 hours of conversation to be completed before 12/28.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Based in USA, Canada, or UK.
  • Caribbean/African accent from Africa/Caribbean countries.
