Compensation: $35–$50/hour

Position: Photographer

Role Responsibilities
- Capture professional-quality photographs according to structured prompts and project requirements.
- Ensure consistency in lighting, composition, color accuracy, and subject framing.
- Edit and process all images to meet technical specifications and visual guidelines.
- Follow structured metadata and documentation processes for all submitted assets.
- Annotate, caption, and evaluate different images shared.
- Work asynchronously and deliver images according to defined project milestones.
Must-Have
- 5+ years of professional photography experience in commercial, editorial, product, or portrait settings.
- Strong technical proficiency with cameras, lighting equipment, and editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Demonstrated ability to produce visually cohesive and high-quality photo sets.
- Excellent attention to detail in both shooting and post-processing.
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote environment.
