We are seeking a high energy results driven recruiter with experience supporting civilian and DoD programs. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared positions, partner closely with leadership and hiring managers, and represent the company at job fairs and community recruiting events. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the nuances of clearance-based hiring.

What You Get To Do.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer letter and acceptance
• Recruit for Federal Civilian and DoD roles requiring Public Trust, Secret, TS, and TS/SCI clearances
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using multiple channels (ATS, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, job fairs, etc.)
• Post, manage, and update job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring managers
• Guide candidates through the clearance-aware hiring process with professionalism and discretion
• Attend and represent the company at job fairs, military transition events, and recruiting outreach initiatives
• Provide regular recruiting metrics, pipeline updates, and hiring status reports to recruiting lead and hiring mangers
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and cleared roles
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the process
  
  
  

Required Skills.

• Minimum five (5 +) years of recruiting experience supporting Federal Civilian and DoD contracts
• Proven experience recruiting for roles requiring Public Trust, Secret, TS, and TS/SCI clearances
• Must reside in Tampa, Florida
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and hiring managers
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting workflows
• Experience managing candidates from initial contact through offer letter
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Relationship building & stakeholder management
• Candidate engagement & closing skills
• Attention to detail and compliance awareness
• Strong follow-up and communication discipline
