Join LifeBridge Health as a Database Analyst to manage reporting functions, ensure data integrity, and provide strategic data insights for fundraising. This key role is integral to strengthening donor engagement and overall fundraising efforts, offering significant impact within a dynamic health system. Key Responsibilities:

• Manages end of month tasks and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reports to the Finance team.

• Develops and produces high level reports such as board reports, annual survey reports, and major gift metrics.

• Develops and maintains dashboards to track fundraising progress, campaign performance, donor retention and pipeline activity.

• Analyzes donor giving trends and behaviors to identify opportunities for increased engagement and growth.

• Prepares lists and segmentations for solicitations, stewardship mailings and event invitations.

• Conducts periodic review of code tables and coordinates coding adjustments across LBH entities.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience working in a nonprofit and/or hospital setting.

• Raiser's Edge experience or similar fundraising CRM and/or email marketing software systems experience.

• Must be local to attend a monthly meeting and two local fundraising events.
