As a Workday AMS Integrations Consultant, you’ll join our expanding AMS practice providing ongoing post-production support to our 100+ global clients across industries. You’ll be a trusted integration specialist, tackling support cases, implementing enhancements, and creating new Workday integration solutions — all within a fast-moving, collaborative, and customer-centric environment.
You’ll collaborate with talented consultants around the world while becoming a critical extension of our clients’ teams. You’ll own your work, contribute to high-impact projects, and help shape the future of Workday support in the region.

As a Workday AMS Integrations Consultant, you’ll join our expanding AMS practice providing ongoing post-production support to our 100+ global clients across industries. You’ll be a trusted integration specialist, tackling support cases, implementing enhancements, and creating new Workday integration solutions — all within a fast-moving, collaborative, and customer-centric environment.
You’ll collaborate with talented consultants around the world while becoming a critical extension of our clients’ teams. You’ll own your work, contribute to high-impact projects, and help shape the future of Workday support in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality Workday integration support for AMS clients through case resolution, troubleshooting, and ticket triage.
- Configure, test, and deploy new or modified integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom solutions.
- Own technical consulting activities including root cause analysis, documentation, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business and technical needs.
- Proactively contribute to AMS tooling, automation, process improvements, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate across global delivery teams.
- Stay current with Workday releases, features, and certification requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Strong experience working tickets in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in XML, XSLT, XPath, and familiar with object-oriented programming (preferably Java or J2EE).
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, web services (SOAP/REST), and Workday’s data model.
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple customer cases, with a strong focus on service excellence.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in distributed teams.
- Experience with AMS service models and SLA-driven environments.
- Exposure to other middleware/integration platforms or ERP systems.
- Workday HCM or Financials certification is a plus.
- Workday Integrations Certified (Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs).
- 2+ years of Workday Integrations experience, ideally in an AMS/post-production environment.
