Legal Assistant, part-time

FamFluence Talent Management, a leading influencer talent management agency exclusively representing 100+ of the top-performing family influencers in North America, is seeking a part-time, remote Legal Assistant.

What We Do:

FamFluence exclusively manages over 100 influencers across TikTok, Meta and YouTube. We handle all media campaigns, brand partnerships, licensing deals and endorsements/speaking engagements for our talent.

Are you passionate about contracts and looking to make a difference in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing? Your main role will be reviewing, drafting, and editing contracts related to talent deals, brand partnerships, and more. This position is 100% virtual and will require about 15-20 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships.
• Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company.
• Draft and modify contract templates.
• Flag non-standard or problematic language for escalation.
• Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal matters.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification or relevant legal education.
• 2+ years paralegal, legal assistant, or contract review experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus.
