Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for NCP, you will support our recruitment activities across multiple states and play a pivotal role in ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent for positions that support our home healthcare operations. You will work closely with our team members to drive recruitment success, implementing strategies to fill roles with the highest quality candidates. Your ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and understand their needs will be key to ensuring we recruit the best-fit professionals to provide outstanding care for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Executes the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition creation, through offer acceptance and onboarding. Ensures a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience.
  • Partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align priorities and hiring timelines.
  • Executes effective sourcing strategies and techniques by using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, resume database searches, professional networks, local community organizations and other relevant passive recruitment methods.
  • Posts job openings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Maintains the applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping candidate records up to date, compliant and organized.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume corporate recruiting role or similar experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
