Customer Service Representative Team Lead (contract)

Will be responsible for managing the team representatives listed above. Will interact with Capgemini team to deliver services for the client

0 Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills

• Minimum 5-7 years of international contact center experience
  
  

Overseeing assigned team and their performance management

Prior Digital/call Center Experience Preferred

Must have excellent written and oral communication, listening, and comprehension skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate frustrated customers

• Ability to manage multiple task and interactions while prioritizing requests
  
  

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $15.00/hour - $50.00/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
