About the Role:
The Lead Analyst, People Technology (Total Rewards) will apply deep expertise in systems, project management, and stakeholder management to deliver impactful and significant improvements that drive business decisions. This individual contributor role is integral to managing and maximizing our People Technology ecosystem, with a focus on the Total Rewards space (Compensation, Equity, Benefits & Global Mobility.
As a trusted technology partner, you will proactively identify opportunities for efficiency, automate complex tasks, and champion enablement with stakeholder groups, ensuring the quality and integrity of people's data, systems, and processes. This role requires exceptional project management and stakeholder collaboration skills, along with a demonstrated ability to quickly support and master broader technology tools.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $124,400 CAD - $186,600 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.

This individual contributor role is integral to managing and maximizing our People Technology ecosystem, with a focus on the Total Rewards space (Compensation, Equity, Benefits & Global Mobility.
As a trusted technology partner, you will proactively identify opportunities for efficiency, automate complex tasks, and champion enablement with stakeholder groups, ensuring the quality and integrity of people's data, systems, and processes. This role requires exceptional project management and stakeholder collaboration skills, along with a demonstrated ability to quickly support and master broader technology tools.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Serve as the People Technology partner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Total Reward teams: Compensation, Equity, Benefits & Mobility.
- Act as the technical point-of-contact for Workday Core and Advanced Compensation, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology projects in the People Technology space.
- Champion and facilitate AI adoption and automation across systems and platforms, including Gemini, Workato, and others.
- Design, configure, and implement complex, scalable solutions leveraging our tech stack particularly supporting critical business cycles such as our annual and mid-year compensation cycles, bonus calculation, equity, compensation frameworks updates, open enrollment windows, etc.
- Proactively identify, own and implement automation, process efficiencies and increase user experience across the People Technology stack.
- Lead the development, testing, configuration, enhancement and deployment of point solutions, ensuring high-quality, and scalable delivery.
- Work collaboratively across the People department, Total Rewards team, Infrastructure team and stakeholder groups such as Corporate Engineering, Finance and Legal to drive impactful decisions and results,
- Serve as a mentor and technical lead to other team members and partners, actively raising the collective technical skill floor by sharing best practices and educating them on system configuration and data models.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Workday, with in-depth, hands-on knowledge of configuration within Compensation, Advanced Compensation, HCM, and Reporting.
- Proven experience as a Workday Lead Analyst or similar role, demonstrating ability to fully own complex technology processes.
- Proven ability to leverage cutting-edge technology (e.g., Gemini AI, Workato) to scope, develop, and deploy scalable automation that optimizes business processes.
- Show a critical ability to quickly learn new technology and skills, such as integrations or utilizing scripting/query languages (e.g., XSLT, Google Script, PowerQuery) to enhance systems where custom development is needed.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of elevating partners and resolving complex technical issues.
- Experience in building complex tools and self-service solutions within Workday, such as using Worksheets or dashboards.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly engaged and responsive, fostering strong collaboration and maintaining a consistent focus on timely execution.
