Type: Hourly contractor
Compensation: $80–$90/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Friday 12/12 to Sunday 12/14
Commitment: 16 hours

Position: Biology Expert
Type: Hourly contractor
Compensation: $80–$90/hour

Duration: Friday 12/12 to Sunday 12/14
Commitment: 16 hours
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate asynchronously with a team of experts in Biology.
- Craft, solve, and review challenging problems with real-world applicability.
- Work independently and asynchronously to contribute to AI innovation.
- Ensure high-quality problem crafting to inform future AI model development.
- Engage in a fully remote and asynchronous work environment.
Must-Have
- PhD in Biology from a top US university.
- High attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Citizenship in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia.
- Current residency in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia.
- Complete a short interview and questionnaire to assess domain expertise.
- Paid for up to 1 hour of onboarding time, including screening and onboarding videos.
- Legally classified as an hourly contractor for Mercor.
- Paid out at the end of each week via Stripe Connect.
