Position: Audio Accent Collector

Type: Contract

Compensation: $25–$35/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Flexible hours

Role Responsibilities

  • Call a demo line and record short sessions using a real phone (no VoIP).
  • Ensure calls sound natural by varying tone and pace, and including small pauses or filler words.
  • Work with different environments, including quiet and muffled voice settings, and phone on speaker-mode.
  • Incorporate background noise for realism in recordings.
  • Enter call data on a shared sheet, including metadata, phone call code, speaker ID, gender, age group, primary language, and geographic ethnicity.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Must be based in USA, Canada, or UK.
  • Must have a UK Cockney accent.

Start Date

  • Turnaround time will be 3 hours of conversation that needs to be filled before 12/28 (28th December).
