Overview:

Overview

Through a deep understanding of the organization’s strategy and operational model, the Compensation Analyst is involved in designing, budgeting, implementing, and reporting on compensation policies and practices to ultimately attract, retain and engage colleagues. The Compensation Analyst will collaborate with compensation leadership, organizational leadership and human resources business partners to understand business needs while incorporating research and market data to inform the work product.

Education

  • Bachelor's level degree


Certification/Licensure

  • n/a


Experience

  • 1 year of compensation experience.
  • Accounting or Finance background (in lieu of comp experience).
  • Work day experience (preferred)
